个人简介：

暨南大学管理学院副教授，博士毕业于美国贝勒大学Hankamer商学院，获得美国“TeaCHE”(Teaching Capstone in Higher Education) 项目一类认证 (Category 1)。2015年入选国际信息系统会议博士联合会。曾任北京航空航天大学经济管理学院副研究员及案例研究中心副主任，主要研究与教学方向为数字经济时代的企业战略管理、数字化转型、及数字化的黑暗面。担任国家自然科学基金及社会科学基金课题负责人，多篇论文发表于管理信息系统领域期刊及会议。致力于产学研合作，为多家大型国企、民营上市公司和中小企业提供数字化转型培训和咨询服务。获北京市青年教师教学比赛二等奖和最受学生欢迎奖（省部级教学奖），担任全国MBA管理案例精英赛华北区冠军/亚军队教练，并三次获得最佳教练，担任全国总决赛季军队教练，担任首届（2021）全国工程管理案例大赛（北京地区）晋级赛二等奖指导教师，担任全国MBA创新创业大赛营销组二等奖指导教师，获中国MBA创业大赛优秀创业指导教师称号。获得国家级技术专利一项。
