学习质量保障体系（AoL）

AoL（Assurance of Learning）

AoL 是Assurance of Learning 的缩写，即学习质量保障体系，是AACSB国际认证的重要构成部分，也是一个系统的周期性工程。该体系将系统的收集、分析和运用学生学习成果的相关信息数据，以提供系统的回馈给各教学项目，提高学生的学习效果，让教师进一步改进教学方法，使学习过程更有效，确保教学的卓越化。AoL体系对当前管理学院各项目的质量提升将起重要作用；AoL体系构建过程，不仅是获取国际认证过程的重要环节，更是管理学院向国际一流商学院看齐，寻求自身发展的重要途径。

为达到良好的教学效果，保障教育质量，AOL 标准体系设计成一个包含设定学习目标、目标测评、评估学习效果、保持循环改进等几个关键步骤在内的不断循环改进的过程。其内核是基于数据分析，科学导向的持续不断改进。

AoL体系对当前管理学院各项目的质量提升将起重要作用；AoL体系构建过程是管理学院向国际一流商学院看齐，寻求自身发展的重要途径。

管理学院基于自身使命愿景，和各项目的特色优势，与各利益相关者讨论设定了各项目的学习目标（Learning Goal），如下所示：

本科

学习目标	具体描述
LG1. Professional Ethics 职业道德	Students will be able to aware the ethical requirements of business activities and a framework for resolving problem.
LG2.Communication Skill 沟通能力	Student can thoroughly understand expression in written and oral form, and express complex concepts, theories and conceptual relationships clearly in both written and oral form.
LG3. Globalized Chinese Wisdom of Management 中华管理智慧国际视野	Student should understand both theoretical and practical theory from both Chinese and international material.
LG4. Analytical Skills 分析能力	Students will use a variety of techniques to analyze the problem and find the solution. Examples include cases and financial decision models.
LG5. Critical Thinking 批判性思维	Students will be able to apply the business concepts and models to solve complex managerial problems..

科硕Research Master

LG1. Ethics of Management Research 职业道德	Students should be able to aware the academic ethical requirements and, identify ethical issues and challenges encountered within an organization and determine how they affect the various stakeholders.
LG2. Communication Skills 沟通能力	Students will be able to develop skills in communicating clearly and professionally in academic writing, team collaboration, and delivering oral presentation.
LG3. Research Competence 研究能力	Students will be able to analyze and interpret data conduct scientific research on the phenomena or problems.
LG4. Critical Thinking 批判性思维	Students will be able to analyze and solve complex managerial problems incorporating reflective thinking on the implications of the outcomes of those decisions, and employ critical thinking processes to develop research ideas.

LG3. Globalized Chinese Wisdom of Management 中华管理智慧和全球视野	Student should be able to evaluate the social, legal, economic, cultural, and political issues and trends that affect both domestic and international business and propose suitable and practical strategies to solve the problems.
LG4. Leadership 领导力	Students will be able to apply knowledge of core leadership skills to analyze and evaluate problems and generate solutions for the purpose of affecting organizational change or influencing others.
LG5. Entrepreneurship 企业家精神	Students need to recognize, create opportunities, and understand the approaches to all aspects of launching, growing, and expanding business.
